It's basically a number pad with a cool ergonomic design.

You can rest your hand nicely on it I guess, as opposed to hovering it over a keyboard. The keys also appear to be sloping away from you. More comfortable I imagine.

I use hot keys to reduce the number of clicks I need to make (still end up using the mouse too much) and currently I'm using a shit keyboard, so I'm looking forward to getting this thing set up.
