Unless you have been 3betting like a monkey, i'd muck hand 2 PF. There's no point putting in 25% of your stack PF just to set mine or get stacked on a low flop, because his range here is TT+,AK, probably even tighter than that (i'd expect him to shove AK more than min 4bet it, but that's obv villain specific). Same goes for hand 1.
Hand 3 I like, his range here is mostly AX and he's not folding any of em so u may as well shove turn. Gaycakes river card.
4 i wouldn't be 3-betting PF, but as played I'd muck to the shove. He isn't that short, and given his stats he's not getting it AI PF with a wide enough range to make the call profitable. Stove 88 against a range of 99+,AQ+ and see how you're doing.
As an aside, the stakes should never dictate your decision to call or fold. 10NL has it's share of nits and nutters just like all the rest. The only thing that should influence your decision is how your hand is doing against a villains range and what odds you are getting.
