Meh, above post was after major tilt. I don't care if anyone replies. I like having a record of my thoughts and progress (or lack there-of)
I normally play 3-4 tables of 10NL-6max. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday I decided to play 2 tables of 10NL and 1 of 25NL. I had a little over 20BIs for 25NL so I figured one table would be a good way to ease into it.
I played the same way for all tables.
10NL tables went as usual. Up a BI, down a BI, up a BI, Up, etc.
25NL tables went Down a BI, reload, Up a few bucks, Up a few bucks, Down a BI, quit.
This happened all three days. Luckily I was up in all the 10NL tables so I wasn't down $150 for 3 days but I was down ~$100 total.
At one point I had more $$ at both of the 10NL tables than I had at the 25NL table.
I was not playing with scared money at the 25NL tables, unlike before. I got my money in good on all the 25NL losing games. I lost for the same reasons I did at 10NL (str8<flush, set of A< river str8 card, etc) but the effect on my BR was too much of a hit so no more for a while. I think once my BR can support 25NL I'll move up (no more taking shots)
I know y'all are so glad that I didn't end this Op as you look forward to reading it every day.
Maybe since I did something stupid, I can get a reply. Or was it stupid? I would like a reply to this question if possible.
