Yea, so my question is, what's the point in studying and learning the game? How can skill compete with luck? At microstakes, it seems, luck > skill. Anyone have an argument? Of course people manage to beat micros, but damn it's frustrating.
Beating the micros is easy. Play ABC poker, learn to fold when you're raised (or behind your opponents range) and get your hands in. Seriously. I'm beating 25NL for 14BB/100 at the moment playing ABC poker.

H1 I fold turn
Board is too wet I guess. If villian is on flush or str8 draw is this still a fold? So the turn bet screams str8 (even though he didn't have it til the river)
H2 Smaller turn bet, I fold river
Meh, makes sense now.
H3 preflop is fine I guess. Pretty much setmining now. You must raise the flop sooner imo to not risk seeing a turn cheaply. They are stacking off with overpairs so make sure it happens.
I figured overpairs too. Did you look at the results? I was surprised at what they were holding
