I barely play full ring so not sure how good my advice is.

Hand 1, make it like .50 PF (4xBB + 1BB per limper). If that was the case, calling his 3bet on the flop would be easier. As played, usually this is a fold without any reads but at 10NL, I would need a read to fold this. When I played 10NL, I've seen people stacking off with such wide range of hands that I snap call this all day against an unknown, especially a half stacked player.

Hand 2 is fine.
