you could have a look at one of the prima skins - I play purple but I don't think that works for US players, check rtr - unibet maybe? but I think you have to rake a bunch for it to be worthwhile, and no deposit bonus that I know of... There aren't loads of tables there all the time, but what there is normally plays 6-max. Take a look anyway. Like you said, vegas is the other obvious option.

also, i recommend taking a look at the free FTR vids if you haven't already- then imagine you're filming one when you play = really think through spots. It's working wonders.
