Playing a more thoughtful postflop game has really helped me. I just had a terrible session where I let the auto-pilot take over and I think I missed a few opportunities. AK < 99 & AK < JJ (preflop vs blind defending regs) never helps either 
Anyway, now when I notice my brain turning off I quit my cash games and fire up a few cheap turbos...
