You're a little too loose it seems. Tighten up to 22/18ish and you should be alright. Tighten up in EP and maybe MP and you should be fine.

Your WTSD% seems high and ur W$SD% is meh. ITs a really small sample, but maybe ur taking too many weak hands to showdown?
