Operation: Turn $10 Freeroll Win into $1k

Hey all, I've decided to challenge myself during my spare time.. I'm trying to build up my original $10 and see how high I can go. If I hit 1k then i'll try for 5k. It seems to be working out so far.

I started out playing FL $.2/$.4 until I could afford to play $.1/$.2 NLHE.. I made my way up to $100 and then moved up to $.5/$.10 NL. I made the first $400 at $.5/$.10 NL in two weeks playing 3 hour sessions every day at $.05/$.10 NL single tabling. Been earning money off the low buy in MTTs lately. Anyway, i'm gonna get focused and start multi-tabling in the next couple days. Hopefully i'll hit my goal in a few sessions.

3 hours a day for 2 weeks = 42 hours. Single tabling you'll be lucky to get in 5k hands in 42 hours (less at FR). You can't be serious, going from $10 to $500 that quickly is like 1BB every hand.

lol I don't know how I did it either. I really should have been tracking my stats before. I was running really well and bluffing a lot successfully. Don't really know what else to say. I was lucky to get good cards and run into a lot of donks that donated to me.

somehow , I'm with Luco on this. Are you running pokertracker/holdem manager at all? Are you saving your hand historys to hard disk. If you have the hand historys on hard disk , and no poker tracker...download the pokertracker 3 free 2 month trial and import your hand historys and post a graph to impress us.

Are you SLevin's brother/coach? Playing 10NL with a 10$ bankroll means you got incredibly lucky to avoid going busto and ignores sound bankroll management.

I should prob clear something up quick. When I first got the $10 I started out playing fixed limit 40 cent buy in, then moved on to .1/.2 NLHE.. I then made $400, not $500 in 2 weeks at $.5/$.10 after I had built up to $100 through the other limits.. I added on my other $100 from the lower limits. Then I played $.5/$.10.. As for the HH, I don't think I can impress you lol, I only have the last month and a bit of hand histories, and i'm down 6 cents in cash games. I switched and started playing mostly MTTs. So all my profit has been in those lately. One of these days i'm going to think about what I want to type before I start hammering on the keyboard. Anyway, sorry for the confusion. Gonna clean my original post up a bit.
