i just lost 3 more buyins, taking my total from 57 to 45 in the last 48 hours...

obviously this upsets me and 2 times today i called hands where i knew i was beat, just because "they could not have been calling my bets with a 6, or they could not have flushed on the flop". so thats 4 dollars, added to my 4.50 yesterday from stupid bets and you have 8.50....thats a lot of money i just wasted....

i am going to reshape my game and return to the very basics, starting with my own starting range.

While going through other peoples ops i saw Daven post this starting hand list for 2nl:

A chart to beat micros, off the top of my head.
In an unopened pot:
UTG, limp or fold 44-88, open 99+/AQs+ - fold everything else
UTG +1 add AQo, 77, 88
MP1 Add AJs, KQs, 66
MP2 = MP1
HJ = Add AJ/ATs/KJs/QJs/66
CO = steal Any ace, any pair, any two broadways
BU = steal CO + all SCs, Kxs

SB/BB, raised pot.
Call pairs, 3-bet QQ+/AK. Fold the rest.
Limped pot. Raise TT+/AQs+, complete sb with SCs/Axs/pocket pairs. Fold the rest. BB the same.

Calling a raise.
Pocket pairs with set odds.
Suited connectors and 1-gappers after a raise and at least 1 call.

You are 3-bet. 4-bet QQ+/AK. Versus a maniac call 99-JJ ip, shove out of position.

3-bet QQ+/AQs+

i saw Daven also posted an entire session review, i am going to go read that and try and do the same for my last session...i'll post that here later
