If you think of it in terms of a range and even include airballs like A5s or QTs.
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 37.143% 36.82% 00.32% 567 5.00 { TdTh }
Hand 1: 62.857% 62.53% 00.32% 963 5.00 { 88, Ac9c, Ac7c, Ac6c, A5s, Ac4c, Ac3c, Ac2c, K9s-K8s, QcJc, QTs, Qc9c, JcTc, Jc9c, 98s, 6c5c, 5c4c, K9o }
Your equity on the turn will improve on any non-club, non-Ace turn. That's only 10-12 bad cards that we will c/f. If he has even more airball, then this play becomes even better since we are even more ahead of his range, even if he does bluff us on 9 club turns, and the A, which are the only terrible cards for us.
I guess all this to say is that a raise in villains spot IP is insanely powerfull, since all our options kinda suck.
