oh, dropped 1.7k and ran 1.3k under EV, standard bullshit and it finally tilted me at the very end and I spewed with KJ in a rr pot on K high board into an obvious AA so then I stopped.
Anyway I put in my first workout under new regimen and so far so good. The only problem is that the workouts are a lot shorter than I'm used to....so I'll have to fill in the time with more cardio or something that doesn't ruin the whole idea of the program (that less is more and if you do more it'll fuck up the growth process of your muscles), because basically I'm only doing 4 exercises every few days. It's kinda nuts. Had some fish/spinach/black beans for supper with a couple glasses of wine, so far so good. Two days in a row without white carbs and/or dessert! I think I had been having some kind of sweets every day for about a month straight so my body is like WTF give me some cookies dipped in milk and maybe some peanut butter right fkn now.
