Yeah folding the 89cc on turn is probably optimal. As far as dealing with poker swings, I have no trick. Poker stresses me out, particularly when there is financial pressure on me. But let's say I had a huge roll and these swings meant nothing to me, I would probably find the grind boring as hell. Like I have told many people, if I ever won the Sunday Million it'd be the last day I play poker (seriously at least). I do think taking breaks is good, and I'm about to put in a quick little session and then hopefully get outside and do something fun and non productive.
