yea i mean right now im trying some different stuff front the book 4 hour body that dyl mentioned, but im just seeing how it goes for a month or so before really committing to anything other than the basics. what are your issues with creatine? i know a lot of people i talk to irl seem to have some view of creatine that it is a horrible thing, but ive really never found anything scientific saying that it is bad. also, the glutamine is good for recovery, so if you are working out regularly, it is something to consider.
