I'd feel pretty happy 3betting a 43/33, he's likely calling with a whole bunch of bullshit, plus you'll have position postflop.
On the flop I like the raise, but would make it bigger. re: keith's comments, the fact that he's not folding 8, J, K, flush draws is exactly why we should be raising rather than calling here: getting villain to put money into the pot when he's behind is a good thing, letting him chase his draws for free or with correct odds is a bad thing.
I'm not fist-pumping about stacking off on this flop, but I don't hate it either and if he 3bets you I don't think you have much of a choice- he's fishy, he doesn't seem afraid of the raise button (based solely on the fact he's a 43/33 fish rather than a 43/7 fish) and so I think you'd be getting it in ahead of his range here.
