CAP mostly because rake is unbeatable at .25/.5 and .5/1. Also best possible @ 1/2 is around b/e.

Pretty much every CAP reg in history has had a higher winrate @ 2/4+ then 1/2- which is pretty fin stupid. They have some ideas to fix this though IE. Lowering the rake CAP at .5/1 and .25/.5. If they did this they could even add lower stakes CAP etc.

Of course it's going to be fine to play 100bb deep(I think 250bb is >>>>> at micros+) basically because people make enough mistakes with a big stack to make up for the absurd rake. That said though here's a rake graph by stake for % of winnings of top 50 regulars at stakes from 25NL-5kNL

Remember this is for the top 50 regulars at each stake. If you are even a little bit worse then that you will be getting raked a significantly higher percentage of your winnings!
