In a lot of spots, I also called 3-bets in pos with overpairs if I hadn't established a 4-betting reputation against this particular villain in that particular session. In that case, I'd flat overpairs as well, and jam all/most flops, esp if drawy.
Most of the 3-bet pots that I lost were one's where I shoved draws and missed (obviously) and shoved overcards and got called and missed. I'm starting to think that shoving overcards might not be the best, since you're risking a lot to win a little. Floating with overcards could be better, also since villain will likely bluff fire Q,K,A turns, when you hit.
Heh, I guess if I shoved flops where I have some equity instead of very little I'd probably show results closer to yours . Thanks for reply .
