So its like 11pmish atm. Haven't played yet, will probably get in a session here in a bit. I've been pretty busy today. Went to the gym, (as seen above obv), had phone watch, which is just answering a telephone in case someone calls, for 2 hours. For that period of time I rewatched part 2 of HTMFR, took better notes since they are all things I need to work on (isolating, blind stealing, dealing with donkbets, standard post flop play) and watched the first half of part 3 which is CRR playing 4 tables of 25nl.
In between videos I opened pokerstove and notepad and wrote down the "standard" ranges for 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, and 30% VPIP or PFR and started to memorize. Got 5% and 10% down so far. It's amazing how such a simple act of doing that can deepen your understanding of your own HUD and feel more confident in hand reading. Pretty eager for a session later.
After the session I think I'm gonna look up some meditation techniques for before a session, and before bed. I have trouble falling asleep at night and I think it has to do with my mind being so cluttered with useless stuff. I think it would seriously help me out to do this, both with poker and life.
