I think in hand 1 i'm not floating that flop. Maybe i'd call if i knew he cbet alot then gave up when called, but after 12 hands u can't know that.

Hand 2 I'd lean towards folding the turn. It's barely profitable to call there even if u know you're getting payed off fully every time u hit, but that's a bit of a stretch. His turn betting range likely includes bluffs or PPs less than a K that won't pay off river (especially a heart river).
