Thanks guys, I know I just need to keep a lid on the spew and yeah I possibly do 3-bet too much from the bb vs guys that just don't fold to 3-bets enough. I am still adjusting to the higher preflop aggression at 50NL and some trial and error has definitely dropped some monies in the last week or so. I think I've found a decent balaance now and if I can sharpen my reads a bit I should be able to patch up preflop quite soon.

M2M that's interesting what you say about post flop when I'm defending my blinds. I do often feel more lost in a hand without the initiative so it's something Im going to be taking a look at for sure.

I'd really appreciate a sweat from someone over the weekend or start of next week or what not. I'll be in IRC so if you have even like half an hour to spare hit me up and that'd be awesome. Unfortunately I don't have a mic since my laptops port is fucked and the sound is crappy on this thing anyway, but I have teamviewer and am happy just using MSN and IRC since I can type pretty quickly.
