sometimes guys there just nothing you feel like typing about. mostly because poker has been very swingy lately and tbh no one wants to blog when they're running bad and we'll i've been running horridly but it's turning around and thats great. i split about 5-6 cords of wood today so i'm in a giant amount of pain and abso exhausted so i'll try to actually come up with something legit to type about as my brain is about the only thing that isn't broke, as i say this it took me 4 tries to type only right and another 2 to type tries.
so let's talk about tilt mebbe. specifically discovering the reasons you tilt and what you can do to avoid said tilts. we all know what tilt is and therefore i'm not going waste my time explaining it. i don't know what makes other people tilt, well surface issues i know but tilt is often from some other deeper problem other than random suck outs, but for me it's mostly two things. the first thing is impatience. i get really frustrated and annoyed when i don't move up as quickly as i think i should be, esp when i feel i'm a far better player than most people i'm playing against. impatience that my hourly is too low blah blah blah, you get the point. i feel a lot of people have had this problem at some time or another or currently have it and the only thing that i can tell you is you have to have patience. even in games where you abso crush everyone in terms of skill sometimes things don't go your way and you need to learn to accept that. it's rather difficult i know but just remember if you put in the work eventually things go your way.
the other is when the bi's matter. that isn't to say the money matters cause frankly the manies should never matter. i've put myself in a lot of spots where the $ was quite large to me and frankly i've never noticed and i can have some people attest to this. i'm saying when the buy-ins matter. IE your short rolled or you just moved up which is why i advocate playing fairly deep rolled when you move up to any decent stake ie like 100nl or something that you know you can beat but the swings happen. i've advocated a lot moving up through the micros quickly and i stand by that. i think its abso retarded that people play with like 70 bi for 10-25nl. blah blah blah my game isn't very good, well frankly your only going to get better by playing lots of hands and playing decent-solid players. and lots of studying, different topic different time.
anyway if you can master your emotions you'll be playing with durrr in no time. fees would say the key to playing wif durrr is to learn the secret to winning lots of flips but this lollertale is saved for another day.
