A good chunk of land which I can cultivate for crops, vegetables, and livestock - enough to be near self-sufficient. Guns and ammo to defend said land.

I wouldn't stop working. I'd be on the field getting my hands dirty even if I have a big team working for me.

Not sure what I'd do with the rest of the money. A small part to invest and save for a rainy day, and whatever is left over can go to charities.
