I havent yet looked at that thread on 2+2 but I will. Most of the people here on ftr think that you have a lot of potential (myself included) but you really dont seem to have no idea what "a winning player" means. sure, we can talk about $$$ won in tournaments but when we reduce the tournament fees all that matters is our net income (or ROI). It's like saying that I have won 1ook in cash games this year but also lost 99k. I am totally with fnord here about keeping statistics and almost everything else too (and I dont agree with him a whole lot of time).

Also, it again seems to come back to br management, eventhough a player would be a winning player in long term if you dont respect any br management rules you will bust. period. you know that. I dont wanna borrow money for gambling, I think that is even worse than borrowing money for alcohol/drugs. Respect and understand variance and dont curse the "fish who call too much so that you cant win". If you win "the sklansky dollars" you win in the long run. sorry for this ramble but I really think that you should start to understand why so many people here (including me) are a bit sensitive about some threads of yours and some ideas of yours.

This all shit being said, your MTT guides, especially the first edition, when I started playing poker, have truly inspired me.
