I don't follow what part of the sequence was unbelievable. Crack head sister steals wallet. Samwise wants his keycard back and isnt about to tell anyone at CTU he doesnt have it. Terrorists get keycard, reprogram it and enter. Samwise who is no in lockdown tells them about it and then a look at the log reveals that it was his keycard used.
