    Default Actors and Actresses

Know of any famous actors playing in movies where you might not recognize them? Favorite movies? Most talented actor? Most beautiful actress?

Here's two of my favorites, the talented Vincent D'Onofrio and the beautiful Jenny Agutter.

This is Vincent D'Onofrio as Det. Goren, star of Law and Order: Criminal Intent,

as Thor in the 80s flick Adventures in Babysitting, quite the stud 20 years ago,

which also starred the lovely Elisabeth Shue

    hello!

Vincent as the psycho recruit in Full Metal Jacket

and as Pan in the 2000 movie The Cell. A talented and versatile actor.

Here's one of the most beautiful actresses from the 70's, Jenny Agutter.
She played a nurse in American Werewolf in London,

but is most famous for her role as Jessica6 in the 1976 movie Logan's Run

He's really good. He's been in alot of stuff. When Jeff Goldblum took his place on CI it was just WTF. Goldblum's a good actor too, but not believable as a cop, not intimidating in any way.

BTW, did you ever see Mr. Frost? Where Jeff Goldblum plays a psycho murderer asylum inmate who says he's the devil and spends all his time baking these awesome cakes, then he just takes a picture of them and throws them away? Very weird.

kmind, I never would have gotten that was Vince Vaughn. He must be really young there.

The thug Arnold Schwarzenegger steals his clothes from at the beginning of Terminator is Bill Paxton, the hilarious Pvt Hudson from Aliens. Of course, the back-from-the-future father of John Connor in Terminator is Michael Biehn, the cool competent Cpl Hicks from Aliens. And Lance Henriksen, the cyborg from Alien, is a cop who gets killed by a cyborg in Terminator. Coincidence? I think not.

lolzzz, I must be much older than you. I don't recognize either of those names.

The creepy dude from No Country for Old Men never seems to look the same in any of his movies.

Paxton has had a lot of roles, none of them major, that are little hidden gems I think. There are a lot of actors like that, mostly play 2nd fiddle, show up in a lot of places you wouldn't imagine... of course right now I can't name a single one. LOL.

Lance Henriksen is like that, too. Did you see Near Dark, with him and Paxton as modern day vampires? That was pretty good.

    Kurt Russell, big child star.

What's that Stallone movie where he plays the aging gangster come home to investigate his brother's death? Mickey Rourke is in it too. Get Carter, that's it. That was pretty good.

Anybody ever see Eraserhead? That was freaky. Pi's kinda similar. Not something you wanna watch everyday.

I'd forgotten about that movie. That was disturbing.

It kinda seems like anyone overtly religious in a hollywood movie is an evil nutcase, maybe i'm generalizing. There was a low budget church movie that was really good called Flywheel, about a used car salesman who cheats all his customers, then gets religion and goes around town individually apologizing to everyone and giving their money back. That was surprisingly funny/good.
