I could eat anything without gaining weight until I was about 27-ish. Life's too short to not enjoy what you're eating (or to drink bad wine), but it obv makes sense to eat a reasonably healthy diet.

Your exercise routine should be something you enjoy, too. If you don't like blasting at the gym, get on a bike, walk, skate, whatever. Moderate exercise is all you need to stay healthy. If you want to look like a Men's Health cover model, well, vanity has its price.
