    If one the things you do wrong is accidentally axe-murder, I'd prioritize not doing that.

    I did, and I haven't been axe-murdering for weeks now.

    Things seem overall better, but it could just be a temporary emotional high from self-actualizing an untenable lifestyle choice.

    I think the best thing is to tilt your perspective so that on reflection you feel everything you did was fantastic and any problems were clearly the faults of others. I think it's called narcissistic personality disorder.
