the election was rigged, there remain tens of thousands of uncounted votes. Why? The recount was stalled until it was not possible to complete it by the deadline. Then it was ruled that the votes could indeed be counted, but guess what? The deadline has passed, so too bad. How high up did this election fraud go? Its hard to say, but it certainly doesnt help that it took place in the state that GWB's brother governs.
