Basic Blackjack strategies

I read Salsa´s Bonus whoring article. I want to get some money here and there clearing casino bonusses* and before i start i need some information about blackjack. does anyone have some links or articles how to play a solid bj game and how i can avoid beginners mistakes?

i played bj back in school (its called here 17+4) but without strategy or understanding the mathematics behind the game.

* do you say bonusses? in german we use the Latin plural Boni...
