I haven't played Fallout 4, but I've heard mostly good things.

Most of the actual criticism is on stuff you already expect and have already accepted from Bethesda, so it's moot.

The only criticism that really stands out is that the main character is voiced, which kills the personalized, imagined RP of the player.

It looks cool. The minecraft part (settlement building) is optional from what I understand.
