I came across a Q&A style blog where people send in questions about rape and sexual assault. Here was one exchange:

Q: “Is it possible to start a rape case if you changed your mind halfway through but didn’t say anything or try to push him away?”

A: "This is absolutely sexual assault, and you deserve to be able to pursue this as a case." (source)

Note that the answer does not say that this could be sexual assault or that this might be sexual assault. Instead, the answer given is that this is ABSOLUTELY sexual assault.

Is the bitch who answered this question out of her goddamned mind, or is there something I'm missing here?
