pretty simple.. tuna salad, some tomatoes, and some cheese, put it on bread, put it in the broiler, and wait til the cheese gets nice and gooey (about 5 minutes). I made the tuna salad from a tv cooking show, it has kalmata olvies, kapers, red oinions, lemon juice, salt + pepper, and of course tuna in it, you can add all of it to taste. If you dont have capers you can use some horseradish or dejon mustard, but the capers are really good. Oh and I use provolone cheese, its really good melted. But you can use whatever, just get it sliced thin at the deli. | |
