So I disconnected on a big hand when I raised it 15k pre, then couldn't get back in time. The other guy in said "open season on [my] chips." Ended up finishing 5th. Oh, well. Can't win them all.

It's plenty to take some shots at this level. I'm very comfortable playing in them. Do well too. It's above $300 now.

And yes I am 99.9% sure I should be a profitable player at this level. None of that is tilt as well, or semi-tilt.

Why are you guys so negative???? I'm doing well, taking shots, winning money. I understand that there is variance, I ran into it at every final table I was at yesterday. Nut flush w/ royal flush draw gets runner runnered to lose to a K2 boat against the 2nd chip leader, thus going out two hands later in 5th place. Set to rivered overset (QQ's to KK's all in on the flop). I run into my fair share of variance, but I would apprecaite it if rather than bring the negative vibes you just say "good job! keep it up." Even if you know things could go bad, you don't have to muck my thread up. Laters....

while you are running hot, consider taking a shot at the $1m guarantee.. it's a $215 but that's within your BR right? <$300....

While it is conveyed mainly in sarcasm there is a general feeling of concern for your lack of bankroll management. Enjoy the run while it lasts but even the best players in the world have to come to terms with the absolute rules of probability and variance. Hopefully you realize this sooner than later.
