I agree with your post, but your logic isnt quite on here.. using this logic, one could then say that a doctor performing a mammogram can be charged with molestation, and a surgeon doing a boob job can be charged with assault with a deadly weapon (a scalpal [sp?]) and also molestation, etc etc. I do agree, and although I am cut, my kids probably wont be.
