Yes they reduced the range and the damage but only when akimbod. Theyre still pretty strong tho.
This is wrong. Single 1887 now has a shorter range than the spas-12 (before the 1887 had a longer range, regardless of akimbo), and akimbo now cuts range even further.
HOWEVER, apparently IW made a massive oversight, and blinged 1887's (akimbo, FMJ) have the same range as they did pre-patch.
I'm not sure about all the damage figures. I want to say that damage reduces with range but it's hard to find reliable data and I don't have them unlocked anymore due to prestiging. It would definitely be a big nerf if they now did 40-20 damage, which they do according to this chart: http://denkirson.proboards.com/index...ead=613&page=1
Finally, there are people saying that pellets have been increased on the 1887 from 6 to 8. However, I was very sure that they already had 8 pellets, so I don't know.
