Nah I think it's still legal in a bunch of places (only one I know of is Rotterdam, but a bunch sounds more precise), as far as I know they're starting south with Maastricht (cos it's like two metres from the belgium border and half a step from the german border, so they just had ludicrous amounts of drive-through drug tourism), and working its way north. Have also read some stuff about how Amsterdam won't go down without a fight etc., but I assume that's just optimism.
