never heard of it. honestly, for 99.9% of the people on the planet an exact body fat reading is completely unnecessary. an estimation will do just fine. focus more on action (exercise, working out, eating healthy, etc) rather than any kind of number (body fat %, weight) and everything will be just fine.
a honest look in the mirror is worth way more than any number. body composition > weight.
If you were capable of looking at yourself honestly in the mirror you wouldn't leave the house looking the way you do.
