Jyms,
is there any difference between proteins other than flavor? Is there for instance a lot of difference betwen this one and this one?
I want to start training, and as I understand I need a vitamin complex, lots of protein and some glutamine. I'm not really religious as to the amounts and stuff, I just try to stick to eating better & less, no chips, yoghurt shake in the morning, lots of sardines, avocados, tuna & the works.
I would like to throw the protein into the shakes I make in the morning before hitting the gym so flavorless = win, versus something that every time tastes the same after e.g. 60 consecutive days.
I want to hit that squat rack. I want to do the benches. I want to be deadliftin' again. I found the perfect gym at a good price, so now is as good a time as any.
