All proteins are different in different ways. The most pressing need is why do you need it, then the choice becomes clearer. Whey protein is great pre and post workout because it's fast acting and high in BCAA's which makes it more anabolic. Other protein sources will have slower digestion times making them more available for a longer time when your body is in repair over the day. All that changes when you start adding fats and carbs into the mix. Hemp is low in one essential amino if I remember correctly but that may or may not mean anything either depending on your diet and whet you eat with it. I don't think you should worry about glutamine but some people swear by it. Creatine on the other hand is a pretty good proven supplement to add to your workouts. Almost anyone should add some Omega 3 capsules too, particularly if dieting. You seem to have it covered with sardines and avocados though.
