difference between dell and dell home?

Is there a different website I'm supposed to be at for dell home products other than dell.com?

I have a coupon thats good for $35 off of 300, but its getting rejected...

The only thing I'm seeing that I'm doing wrong is I might not be specifically at "Dell Home Systems Electronics and Accessories site only" - is it a seperate website from dell.com?
