Boost....that is the back of the thong, its the little piece that sits atop ur asscrack, connecting the sides and the strap that resided IN ur asscrack. My gf is a big fan of the thong...I asked her if she would wear one of the FTR ones and I would have gotten it for a x mas present.....but she hates poker and did not want anything to do with it.....
