I turned and drunkenly slurred some words in the direction of the girl sitting next to me at the bar. When she responded with her raspy, mildly deep voice I took note of her slightly broad shoulders, lanky frame, her bigger-than-they-should-be hands, and what may very well have been an adam's apple. I distinctly remember mentally shrugging, "she's got at least two good holes."

That's how drunk I was.




p.s. thankfully after our brief exchange, some guy she had been talking to came and sat between us. I'm pretty sure he left with her.
