Anyone who rides with no helmet and open toe shoes, regardless of laws, is a huge fucking moron. I still wave (or waved since I don't currently ride) at anyone on 2 wheels out of habit/respect for other riders though.
I had my helmet stolen off my CBR and had to make a 10ish mile ride home and it was not one of the more fun things I have ever done, in addition to not being able to see shit since the wind had my eyes so watery.
