did cogeco try to fuck you too and send you the wrong receiver?

I ordered the upgraded DVR through them, and it arrived in a couple of days. I got it all set up, and then found that the DVR was not working. So, I called, and after having to talk to a couple of different people (and call back a couple of times) I am told that they sent me the HD receiver, not the DVR receiver. So now I have to go to the mall on my day off and exchange it for the one that they were supposed to send me to begin with.

motherfuckers.

Well, hopefully it is worth all this hassle.

Nah for the first time ever they got something right when they sent mine.

And believe me its worth it if you like TV.

Where u at Pgil???

I am unfortunately in Windsor. only about 8 or 9 months left though, so that is at least good.
