I say we start from scratch.

Axe ALL the current Ops. Start a thread here asking for active IRC members that would like to be Ops. Xianti will pick the 10 best candidates (based on my assessment of their character, maturity and responsibility), and then a public poll will be taken to determine the 5 most popular.

And we'll have 5 new Ops.

How does that sound?
