Default ensign_lee's quest to be better than a coinflip! Week 8 YTD: 43-52-1 , +33.5 units

    YTD: 43-52-1
    Units Won: +33.5 units

    Carolina Panthers M/L (+119)
    5 units at Matchbook

    Carolina Panthers +3 (-113)
    1 unit at BetMania

I got run over on this bet. ooof. Concensus line right now is waaay better (around +130), and my exposure is larger than I would like it to be because I thought the line was at -1.5 when I made it. Oh well, too lat enow.

    Kansas City Chiefs -7 (+101)
    4 units at Matchbook

I think that the mental and physical exhaustion from last week's game with the Ravens carried over into the practice week, and will carry over into this week.

    Dallas Cowboys -5.5 (-115)
    2 units at Skybook

I think the dropoff won't be as significant as people think for the Cowboys with Romo out. Plus, with the full point of value being sold for 10 cents, I figured it was a +EV situation.

    Green Bay Packers M/L (+232)
    1 unit at Matchbook

I'll continue taking good QBs vs a defense that likes to blitz. +232 is good value here I think (which means this is prob doomed ) . Oof, and looks like I got run over on this bet as well too. sad.

    New England -5.5 (+103)
    1 unit at Matchbook

If the Vikings are really starting Favre, I think that will hurt them more than help them. Plus, this is one of Ace's places. I'll follow it.

    San Diego -4.5 (-106)
    1 unit at Matchbook

Pinnacle looks like it's trying to shoo away any and all San Diego money. Plus, public perception of San Diego is at an all time low. BUT THIS TEAM STILL HAS THE #1 OFFENSE AND #1 DEFENSE! Turnovers hopefully will eventually even out and god, the special teams hopefully can't get *worse*.
