    All the "ARCHIVE:..." threads were migrated from an older forum when we switched to phpBB on Dec 4, 2003, at 10:07am (our official FTR poker forum anniversary date).

    As you can see, it was just Tyson, Eric and me writing back-and-forth to each other (pretty pathetic, huh?) until some guy named "MagicMark" came around and posted a few.


    My "Semi-Bluff after the Turn?" topic was the first post here on phpBB -- 1.5 hours after we launched. Again, since our only other forum member, MagicMark, had lost his old forum account, we were down to the lonely trio of Tyson, Eric and me.

    Fnord showed up on Dec 12, 2003, and made his first post, "Pre-flop Play Groups 3 to 4." He was our first registered member on this phpBB and we still haven't been able to get rid of him.



    And there you have the humble beginnings of this little community of ours.
