these are definitely not ftr-specific but rather part of the lingo i deploy in my own rl card-related circles. comment as you see fit:
district manager(s): dead money, from d.m. abbreviation. used to communicate w/ knowledgeable others about potential cash-cows sitting @ the table (online or off.)
bangkok: player who (re)defines looseness. so-termed after thailand's tourism industry, as if i needed to explain that.
SEND IT!: exclamation used after winning a large pot against a weak player, usually followed by "AIRMAIL! CERTIFIED! WHAT CAN BROWN DO FOR YOU!" & other such elaborations. extremely useful in tilting players.
the most profitable hand in poker: an advertised 72 bluff, especially after a continuation bet on the flop/turn. so named b/c it tends to severely tilt the opposition.
the x of all x : variable expression, usually expressing loving admiration of a strong hand; e.g., "you picked up kings in the bb? the hand of all hands, the father of all fathers, the lord of all lords!" more specifically, the craft of all craft j9s & the trash of all trash face card/rag.
ninja stars: utterly foldable hands, e.g. face-card/rag. derived from the fashion in which one is willing to throw away said hand(s).
pocket balls: a successful stone-cold bluff; also "the best hand in poker." usually used in (self) congratulating manner, e.g. "my pocket balls beat your trips, man."
solidly boned: two meanings:
1--30/70 domination or worse, OR
2--expression used when somebody smooth-calls on an extremely dangerous board, e.g. jjt w/ two color.
...off the top of my head; there's many others, equally inane...
