There have been several instances where Jorah's love for Dany has been seen. I dont really get why he cant love her?

There have been maybe a couple where a romantic sort of love could have been seen, but every other scene is showing something else, as well as how they've portrayed backstory, and how the characters have evolved

They've been selling a story of Jorah being unbelievably loyal to her, probably due to wanting redemption, but also due to him learning to respect her and finding out she's very special, and he has a lot of paternal sort of instincts. But an actual romantic love has not been borne out. All that stuff has been more appropriately portrayed as an undying loyalty sort of love, not that he wants to fuck her.

Most of what people say shows he's romantically in love with her is actually just other characters talking about it. Like when Zorro Dicksucks says it or when masked lady says it and Dany then starts seeing it. But that actually makes my point because they have to straight up tell the audience of that love because they haven't shown it adequately through the storytelling

The best thing we've gotten is when masked lady says "you love her", he just makes an acknowledgement then moves on with the agenda. This shows that he does have some feelings for her, but it could be as simple as a him having some romantic feelings, yet not wanting to pay attention to them because he has a more important role

He is not treating her like he's in love with her; he's treating her like he's her most loyal servant. And in the first season they set up why Jorah would feel so deeply about this role

If he is romantically in love with her, they have not been doing it right. We would need to see him conflicted more when dealing with her, at the very least. But it has been nothing other than him giving the best advice he knows how, but doing what she says and not really even questioning it. He treats her very much like she's the master and he's the servant. Also, his rhetoric has been very pro-servant anti-romantic-love-interest. The show has had many opportunities for Jorah to tell her that he cares for her based in his own personal feelings, but every time they have that opportunity, they instead do other things like "you have a good heart and should be queen" and "I will never forget the day you walked out of a fire". This is not the dialogue you give to a man in love, this is the dialogue you give to a servant who believes the most important thing is his master
