I'd have to rewatch and pay more attention to eye colours and shit but I assumed the colours named by Melissandre referred to the names Arya speaks every now and then (and again in this episode, perhaps so this very link is made) Joffrey, Cersei, Illen Payne, etc. Seems highly unlikely these refer to her siblings but who knows.
The Theon arc is weird as fuck, not sure what to make of it. I fail to understand his torturer's role. He clearly seems to have started out as a chamber attendant or what have you, before freeing Theon in the first place. Then plays a role in saving Theon from being recaptured, only to bring him back himself. At first I thought (stupidly) that his bringing Theon back had something to do with what he said to him in terms of his motivations. In retrospect I guess it could be a power play on the part of the torturer. He's now got Theon all to himself. Seems like a pretty sadistic fuck though and far too intelligent to have just been some kind of chamber attendant.
One of the things we know about him is how the others addressed him when he "rescued" Theon from being recaptured. The one soldier called him a "little bastard", or something along those lines; this could either just be an insult or perhaps the dude actually is the bastard of someone important. Couldn't be the Bolton's bastard, right? I can't seem to remember if we've actually seen him or not...
